Why are you closing PG tips Cuppa Club?

Cuppa Club has been a lot of fun but after 2 years, it’s time to turn our attention to some exciting new plans which you will be first to hear about.

It’s all still under wraps but all will be revealed in the coming months. We can tell you that Cuppa Club members will be top of our VIP invitation list!

Until then, keep treating yourself with Cuppa Club. You can enter codes until 11/08/2015 and you’ll be able to claim treats right up until we finally close the door on 10/09/2015.

Will I still receive Cuppa Club emails?

Yes, you will receive Cuppa Club emails until 11/09/2015. In 2016, you may receive emails from Cuppa Club about new products and promotions.

How can I change my email preferences?

You can unsubscribe from emails by clicking the link at the bottom of any of our emails or changing your preferences by logging into Cuppa Club.

What happens to my points after the 10/09/2015?

After the 10/09/2015, Cuppa Club will close and you will no longer be able to access your points.

Why can I not enter codes after 11/08/2015?

Cuppa Club has been a lot of fun but after 2 years, it’s time to turn our attention to some exciting new plans which you will be first to hear about.

The site won’t accept new codes after 11/08/2015. This gives members the chance to use up any points already in their account before we finally close the doors on 10/09/2015.

Yes. You can keep entering until 10/09/2015.

I entered a lot of prize draws to use up my points. Did I win?

We’ve notified all the winners via email. If you haven’t heard from us, then you haven’t won.

How are you communicating these changes?

We will be sending four emails to all members, announcing the closure. We have also posted messages up on the website since 18/05/2015.

Will you be running another rewards programme in the future?

At the moment, we have no plans to run another rewards programme, but never say never!

I am no longer going to buy PG tips.

We’re really sorry to hear that as we’ve got lots of exciting new plans for the future.

First things, first - what is the PG tips Cuppa Club?

Ever since I was a little Monkey, I’ve wanted to be part of a club again and now I am! It’s the best kind of club too – it rewards you for drinking tea with loved ones.

For those who want to know the nuts and bolts: the Cuppa Club is a rather brilliant collector scheme. You buy PG tips, save up PG Points and swap them for perfect Tea Treats.

How do I get started?

1. Join the Club
Become a member of the Cuppa Club at pgtips.co.uk/cuppaclub or through facebook at pgtips.co.uk/cuppa-club-facebook

2. Bank your one-of-a-kind code
Find your 10 digit code on the inside of your PG tips pack lid, log into the Cuppa Club, tap in the code and points will be added to your account.

3. Get spending
Make yourself a lovely cuppa PG and start browsing the teatime goodies. Right now you can get some fabulous exclusive teaware, a 2 for 1 afternoon tea, pamper treats, dining out or days out voucher (some vouchers only available from July).

Do I need to pay anything?

You’ll only need to get your purse out to pay for your special promo pack of PG tips! Joining the Cuppa Club and delivery are all free.

You will need enough PG Points in your Cuppa Club account to buy your Tea Treat of choice or to book an afternoon tea for two at participating locations.

Once you’ve filled in all your particulars, we’ll send you a confirmation email to check everything’s fine and dandy and say hello. Hope to see you soon.

Do I have to be a grown up to join the Cuppa Club?

You must be aged 18 or over to become a member.

Can I join in if I live in Northern Ireland?

Of course! The Cuppa Club is open to Great Britain and Northern Ireland's lovely residents.

How do I sign in to my account?

Head to pgtips.co.uk/cuppaclub and tippity tap your email and password into the box in the top right hand corner.

Or if you’ve joined us via Facebook you’ll be automatically logged into the Cuppa Club app whenever you’re on your Facebook profile.

Help! I can’t remember my password! What shall I do?

Don’t panic! Click on here or in the login box and we’ll email you right back with a link to reset your password.

How do I change my account details?

Sign in and head to the ‘My Account’ page. Select ‘Member details’ to edit your email and delivery addresses or choose ‘Email preferences’ to subscribe (or unsubscribe) to our lovely emails.

Where can I see what I’ve ordered?

Sign in and head to the ‘My Account’ page. You’ll see your PG Points balance and any previous transactions.

Where can I find my one-of-a-kind 10 digit code?

Your 10 digit, one-of-a-kind code is hiding under the lid of your promotional pack of PG tips.

Please keep your unique codes safe. If there are any problems with your account we may need you to send them in for verification.

How do I enter my code?

Sign in to your account and you’ll see an ‘Add a code’ box on the right hand side of the page. Tap in the digits and click ‘Bank it’.

I can’t read my code

Have you got your glasses on? If you can’t find them try the top of your head (that’s where I always lose mine).

Tea Treats

When will my Tea Treats be delivered?

All of our teaware is sent by second-class post. We will deliver your parcel as soon as possible. Most treats will be delivered within 28 days, but it could take up to 90 days.

Oh no! My teaware has arrived broken - can you fix it?

Please take a photograph of your broken item and email it to our pals at the Unilever Careline here. They’ll get a replacement Tea Treat sent out for you.

It's always nice to be in demand, but unfortunately that means we currently have a delay on a few of our popular items. It may take 90 days to get to you. Please bear with us. And your postie.

Can I change my mind on the Tea Treat I’ve ordered?

Unfortunately we’re unable to offer PG point refunds and exchanges on unwanted items.

I don’t have a printer. How can I get my tea treat voucher?

Do you have access to a printer at your local library? Or could you offer a friend or family member a catch-up cuppa in exchange of using their printer?

Technical hiccups

What happens if I don’t have access to a computer?

The Cuppa Club lives online and is a web only promotion. Could you offer a friend or family member a catch-up cuppa in exchange of using their computer? If not, you could head out to an internet café, or public library
