Are you unsure about something or would like to know a bit more about Cuppa Club..?

Account

Why has Cuppa Club closed?

Cuppa Club has been a lot of fun but after 2 years, it’s time to turn our attention to some exciting new plans which you will be first to hear about.

It’s all still under wraps but all will be revealed very soon. We can tell you that Cuppa Club members will be top of our VIP invitation list!

Treats

There was a treat I really wanted but didn’t get, is there any way to get it now?

Unfortunately Cuppa Club has now closed and it’s too late to claim a treat.

We’re sorry that you’ve missed out but we have taken several steps to notify everyone that Cuppa Club was closing.

We’d love to help if we could, but I’m afraid it’s not possible on this occasion.

What can I do if I didn’t receive my reward or it arrived damaged/broken?

Please contact our customer service support on 0800 454 611 and they will be happy to assist and arrange a replacement where possible.

We stopped printing Cuppa Club packs some time ago.

However, tea bags have a very long shelf life, so you may see some packs out there.
